Overview
“Embrace the Bloom” was a team-based marketing strategy project developed for a real-life client, Fleurs Naturals, a sole trader specializing in handcrafted bar soaps. The goal was to support market expansion and strengthen brand presence through a more structured, data-informed marketing approach.
Situation
Fleurs Naturals was looking to grow beyond its existing audience and improve visibility across digital channels. The brand had strong product quality and values, but limited reach and an inconsistent marketing strategy, making it challenging to attract new customers in a competitive body care market.
As a team, we conducted field and competitor research, including SWOT & competitor analysis, supported by interviews and surveys to surface consumer insights, demographics & target market definitions. Based on these findings, we clarified brand positioning, set proposed goals, developed an integrated marketing strategy, and outlined financial considerations to guide execution. The final recommendations included channel-specific tactics to expand reach and improve brand consistency.
