My (Joyce) Nguyen is a digital marketer passionate about the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and how people discover and connect with brands online. Originally from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, she has built her journey across different cultures, industries, and creative environments — bringing a global perspective and an openness to new challenges into her work.

A graduate of Pace University with a B.B.A in Digital Marketing, My (Joyce) has gained experience across advertising, fashion, eCommerce, fine art, and performing arts. From her early experience at Ogilvy Vietnam to managing digital initiatives for growing brands and non-profit organizations in New York, she has developed expertise in digital content, eCommerce operations, email marketing, and brand storytelling.

Her multicultural background and diverse experiences have shaped the way she approaches marketing — combining curiosity, adaptability, and creativity to understand audiences, build meaningful digital experiences, and help brands tell their stories in authentic ways.
